I am a licensed clinical psychologist focused on providing individual therapy to adults. My style is integrative, though I mainly utilize a psychodynamic lens to understand an individual, their history, and their presenting concerns. I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, including Veterans Affairs, hospitals, and college counseling.
I am a generalist clinician experienced in helping clients with a range of struggles. I completed additional clinical training through the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in the Trauma Disorders Program at Sheppard Pratt. I am interested in helping those struggling with PTSD and other forms of Complex Trauma, grief and loss, multicultural/intergenerational concerns, Asian American mental health, and workplace/professional burnout. I strongly believe in the power of community, connection, and self-care.
