I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who takes a holistic, collaborative, and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing. Grounded in a trauma-informed framework, I prioritize safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment in the therapeutic relationship.
I draw from a variety of modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices. I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs, helping individuals reconnect with their intuition, strengths, and resilience.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds. My areas of focus include PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. I strive to create a therapeutic space that honors each client's story and celebrates the resilience inherent in every individual.
