My therapeutic approach is based upon the principles of positive behavior supports, cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma informed care. I worked for over 32 years as the Chief Psychologist with the State of Maryland Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Administration.
My psychological expertise includes work with children, adolescents, and adults at all levels of functioning. I am an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of symptoms/behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
I was originally clinically trained in childhood developmental, behavioral, social, and emotional issues. In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Doctoral (BCBA-D) and Licensed Behavior Analyst.
