I’m a licensed clinical psychologist originally from Puerto Rico with more than sixteen years of experience in clinical, military, and forensic settings. I earned both my Ph.D. and M.S. in Clinical Psychology—with distinction —from Carlos Albizu University, an APA-accredited institution. I also hold an Advanced Certificate in Forensic Psychology from the City University of New York’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I’m licensed to practice in Maryland and New York, and I offer bilingual services in English and Spanish.
I specialize in psychological assessment for both clinical and forensic purposes. My work includes comprehensive evaluations for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and court-related cases across criminal, civil, and immigration matters. I often incorporate objective and projective psychological testing to help clients and referring professionals better understand complex emotional and behavioral patterns.
In addition to assessment, I provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build new paths toward growth.
I’m deeply committed to offering thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care. Whether working with individuals or providing expert evaluations, I aim to help people gain clarity about their experiences, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful progress toward improved well-being and personal development.
