I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, teens, adults, and families across a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate difficulties, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Miami (FL) and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. In addition, my experience teaching with the Peace Corps in Cameroon has shaped my appreciation for cultural perspective, resilience, and human connection.
My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy. At the core of my work is a strong belief in the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth. When clients feel genuinely safe, supported, and understood, they are better able to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward their personal goals.
Master of Science (MS), Lipscomb University (2013)
