As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe meaningful therapy begins with understanding the whole person. Emotional well-being is influenced not only by the challenges we face, but also by our relationships, life experiences, physical health, environment, and individual strengths. I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
For more than a decade, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across community, school, home-based, and outpatient settings. This diverse clinical experience has allowed me to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, significant life transitions, and a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
I believe every client brings unique strengths, perspectives, and lived experiences to the therapeutic process. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their concerns, recognize patterns that may be contributing to difficulties, and develop practical strategies that align with their individual needs, values, and goals.
Above all, my goal is to provide a compassionate and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Together, we can build upon existing strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen relationships, and foster greater balance and resilience. I view therapy as a partnership and consider it a privilege to support clients as they work toward greater emotional well-being, personal growth, and lasting change.
