I provide therapy to adults, adolescents, and children, working with issues including family and relationship difficulties, life changes, trauma, grief, and emotion regulation. During therapy, I aim to create a safe space where you can fully express yourself and heal.
I integrate techniques from client-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and mindfulness- and attachment-based therapies to help clients deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and life events impacting well-being. I tailor my approach to each client, as I value creating a therapeutic relationship that respects your specific needs. Together we can explore your concerns and underlying issues to achieve insight and facilitate lasting positive changes.
Over the past several years, I have worked in various settings, including community mental health, public and charter schools, and nonprofits in Maryland and Washington, DC. Since 2020, I have worked in private practice. Please reach out by call or email to schedule an appointment.
