Welcome! I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges using evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral interventions, motivational interviewing, addiction services, family systems therapy, and Positive Psychology. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering space where you can find the tools to grow and thrive.
In addition to my clinical work, I have had the privilege of teaching at Johns Hopkins Medical Center, The University of Baltimore, and the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I also served as the Academic Director for Gerontology and the Social Sciences. I continue to share my love of psychology as a faculty member in the Psychology Department.
Most recently, I led psychotherapy services for a large multi-state multidisciplinary group, providing behavioral health consultation and management for residents in sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care settings. Whether through teaching, leadership, or direct care, my mission has always been the same—to support others in achieving greater well-being. I look forward to working with you!
