If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trapped in life and need a non-judgmental person to talk to, give me a call to see if we would be a good fit. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, school-related concerns, and life stressors. I have experience working with children with autism and sensory disorders. I can offer useful skills and knowledge for navigating the school system, along with suggestions on how families can best support their child.
My treatment approach is kind, conversational, and engaging. I frequently utilize client-centered approaches, mindfulness, play-based therapy techniques, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients reach their full potential. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, as I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, in 2021. Over the past several years, I have worked in various settings, including public and private school settings, with low-income families, and in homeless shelters in Maryland. My diverse experiences help me understand where people are coming from and enable me to guide them in achieving their goals. Please reach out by phone or email to schedule an appointment.
