I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where you can show up fully and authentically, just as you are. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, or the lasting impact of family dynamics. In our work together, we move at your pace—focusing on what feels most important to you and tailoring therapy to your unique goals, needs, and values.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps individuals understand and heal internal conflicts and emotional pain while fostering self-compassion and inner balance. I use IFS to support clients working through anxiety, depression, and trauma, empowering them to make meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. To further deepen my clinical work, I will be completing Level 1 IFS training this spring through the IFS Institute. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering practical tools for emotional regulation, values-based living, and navigating difficult thoughts and emotions.
I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds and view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative and empowering partnership. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the process. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, I am here to support your healing and growth with empathy, curiosity, and care.
